FAQs
Is my favorite item still available?
All items are available until marked “Sold”.
When should I expect my item to be shipped?
Your item will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to US and Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Not responsible for international customs delays.
Are the items returnable?
Due to the thorough description of the handpicked vintage handbag, which includes pictures, detailed descriptions, and authentication, all sales are final.
How can I tell the condition of the item?
We strive for complete transparency when accurately describing each item. Each handbag is thoroughly photographed from every angle and includes verbal descriptions. We are happy to provide more photos or videos of an item upon request via our Instagram, @ShopVicsVintage. Keep in mind, we specialize in vintage designer pieces, which can range from pristine to fair condition. Please refer to our Condition Guide that we use to accurately describe each item.
Pristine: Flawless; new with tags or never worn.
Excellent: Has no obvious flaws in appearance, but may have little to no wear.
Great: Well-maintained with very minimal evidence of handling (minor stains, corner wear, etc) but no major flaws or wear.
Fair/Used: Apparent stains or wear; not perfect in appearance but the integrity of the item is intact. Our items range from pristine to fair condition.
Is the handbag an authentic designer piece?
All of our handbags have been authenticated either by our in-house or third-party experts, that verify authenticity by the indicators of serial numbers, date codes, stitching, quality, hardware, and other unique designer identifiers.
